Who runs Cabinet IQ of Scottsdale?
Cabinet IQ of Scottsdale is owned and run by the husband-and-wife team of Nick and Kelly Bowden. Nick came up through mechanics, sales, a Matco Tools franchise, and Arizona construction and remodeling; Kelly has spent eight years as Business Manager of Bowden Investment Group working on commercial real estate and upscale renovations. They lead every project personally, from first consultation to final walkthrough.

Nick Bowden — Owner
Nick started in motorcycle mechanics in 2005 and moved quickly into sales and service leadership before launching a Matco Tools franchise of his own. After relocating to Arizona he shifted into real estate and construction, where years of home-remodeling and multifamily work shaped his core conviction: the projects that go well are the ones that are planned well. That planning discipline is what he applies to each Cabinet IQ kitchen.
Kelly Bowden — Owner
Kelly’s background spans special education teaching and cosmetology. Originally from Sioux Falls, she moved to Phoenix in 2012 and has served as Business Manager of Bowden Investment Group for eight years, deep in commercial real estate and upscale renovation work. She still styles hair at Bella Vita Hair Studio in Scottsdale — and she is named personally in seven of the company’s fifteen published reviews, including for how quickly calls and texts get answered.
