Custom cabinets (Signature Line)
Custom cabinetry is built to the kitchen rather than chosen from a catalog: any dimension, any configuration, finishes and details matched to the home’s architecture. It suits kitchens with unusual layouts, homeowners with a specific design vision, and projects like the Flint Rock Loop and Rainey Street residences in the gallery — furniture-grade black cabinetry, concealed appliances, floor-to-ceiling fronts.
The tradeoff is longer lead times and the highest price of the three tiers, in exchange for a result nothing else can reach.
Semi-custom cabinets
Semi-custom lines — including Bellmont, used in the Burnside Circle residence — offer curated door styles, finishes, storage upgrades, and meaningful size adjustments without full-custom lead times or cost. For most Scottsdale remodels this is the sweet spot: enough flexibility to feel designed, enough structure to keep the project efficient.
Stock cabinets
Stock cabinets come in standard sizes and a fixed finish range, which makes them the fastest and most budget-predictable option. Planned carefully — the right runs, spacing, and filler strategy — stock cabinetry still reads as a designed kitchen rather than an assembled one. Cabinet IQ treats stock as a legitimate design choice, not a consolation prize.
Storage systems designed in, not bolted on
Four storage systems appear in nearly every project: drawer organizers that keep tools and spices visible; roll-out trays that make base cabinets usable to the back; vertical dividers for sheet pans, boards, and trays; and pull-out shelving that rescues deep cabinets and pantries. Because these are planned during design, they are sized to what the household actually stores.
Installation

Cabinet IQ coordinates installation for every tier it sells — including full cabinet replacement projects, where old cabinetry comes out and a re-planned kitchen goes in.
